NHL hockey may not be as popular in Florida as it is in other states. Many people in Florida may not be aware of the National Hockey League or have an understanding of the sport and its rules. The lack of local NHL teams and clubs, as well as the fact that Florida is home to so many other professional sports teams, may contribute to the lack of popularity. Additionally, the climate in Florida is not suitable for outdoor hockey, which may also cause fewer people to be interested in the sport. Despite this, there are still some passionate fans of NHL hockey in Florida who watch the games and cheer on their favorite teams.

The most Stanley Cup rings ever won by an NHL player is held by Henri Richard, a former captain of the Montreal Canadiens. He won 11 Stanley Cup rings over the course of his 20 seasons in the NHL. Other players have come close to Richard's record, including Jean Beliveau, Yvan Cournoyer and Claude Provost, all of whom won 10 Stanley Cup rings. The current players with the most Stanley Cup rings are Patrick Marleau, Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews, all of whom have three rings. In total, 64 players have won multiple Stanley Cup rings.
